Our magnesium complex combines four organic compounds of magnesium in just one capsule:

• Magnesium citrate – bound to the salt of citric acid
• Magnesium malate – bound to the salt of malic acid
• Magnesium bisglycinate – bound to the amino acid glycine
• Magnesium taurate – bound to the aminosulfonic acid taurine

The advantage of the complex is its very high bioavailability. Each of the magnesium compounds contained is absorbed by the human body in a different metabolic process. By taking advantage of the different absorption routes of four compounds, we ensure that as much magnesium as possible reaches the body. 3 capsules daily are enough to reach the recommended daily dose of magnesium.
