How to use it:

• Use blue®m mouthwash as a more than once daily mouthwash.
• Rinse for at least 60 seconds after brushing.
• Cleanse your mouth at least twice a day, preferably after eating. You only need a small sip. Fill the cap to the first or second rim and find out what suits you best.

• Milk protein allergy: Our mouthwash contains lactoferrin that is made in a factory that also makes lactose. This could therefore contain traces of lactose. Since only a very low % of lactoferrin is added, there is no risk for users who are lactose intolerant. We have not heard of any allergic reactions so far, but if you are very allergic to lactose (milk sugar) or cow’s milk protein, pay attention!
