The naturally occurring substance phosphatidyl choline is a primary building block in the body. It's one of several so called phospholipids that are structural elements of all cell membranes, facilitating membrane integrity and healthy cell function.

Phosphatidyl choline is also a normal constituent of bile and promotes fat emulsification, absorption, and transport. Its metabolism provides choline to the body which is needed by the brain to produce acetylcholine, a major neurotransmitter that transmits signals between nerve cells.

Sufficient levels of phosphatidyl choline have been shown to support many biochemical pathways and enhance physiology.

Phosphatidyl choline (from highly purified soy bean lecithin) 700 mg
Other ingredients: glycerin, water, ethanol, vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol polyethylene glycol 1000 succinate and natural mixed tocopherols).

Suggested Use

Take one tsp 1-3 times per day. Hold in mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing.
May be mixed into water. Best taken on a empty stomach.
Use within 60 days of opening.
